My brother and his wife is harassing my parents

Same question about my parents they are being harassed and mentally abused by my brother. My father wants him to leave the house but he is not vacating the house and he he is threatening my parents if they do that him and his wife put allegations on them they tortured his wife for dowry but it's not true.
hello client aa you are saying your issue can be get solved. as your concern is been described it will lead to new issues so you neeed to take steps through court so the things can get remain in control and no harm can get touch ur parents . so you need to file an case of wardship act to help your parents.

There are lot of laws enacted to give and extend protection to senior citizens in all and every respect. you should not bear or tolerate this abuse from them. In case of emergency, you should immediately take police help. And in long run, take apposite and requisite orders in this behalf from courts and senior citizen tribunals.
