My boy friend claims to see my Daughter

I am married and got a Girl Child. Due to difference of opinion myself and my husband got seperated and I had filed for a divorce. In the meanwhile I started dating my ex Boy friend. Now My husband and I got reunited.
My boy friend is blackmailing that he will file a case to claim my daughter to visit her.
How do I handle it ?

Hi with reference to your query law Rato on perusal of content of your fact it is noted that he will file for custody petition since he is not biological father cannot claim such custody before the family court and therefore advise file counter claim to contest the custody and you also initiate criminal complaint against him before justification station house officer accordance with law
