My bank manager husband misused his powers to operate my account.
03-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband is a bank manager in govt. Bank. We got married in 2018. He had an account under his single name which was opened in 2014. He had taken mobile banking facility on his phone number before our marriage. After our marriage, he fraudulently added my name in the account and then few days later removed his name from the same. He also registered power of attorney under his name. This was all done without my signatures or knowledge. He later began depositing my money into the account and he used to transfer all the amount into his family members accounts through mobile banking showing. He even withdrew cash without my signatures. I have seeked RTI through which i found out there is no record whatever of this account, no account opening forms, no proofs of making the account joint or single, no power of attorney. What can I do?
From the contents it seems to be a clear cut case of cheating and deception with an intent to cause wrongful loss to you and wrongful gain to themselves I would advise you to file a complaint with the concerned police authorities enunciating all the true facts and pursue for a FIR. Further a suit for recovery can also be filed simultaneously
