Mutual divorce settlement help needed for divorce

What is the process for Mutual divorce as per indian laws. She was caught with affairs with her neighbour before and after marriage. That only I comes to know after marriage. We have whatsapp chats proofs only. The girl accepts. But we are going with Mutual first. If she agree..I am a govt employee and earn nearly half than her. What about alimony ? Also we never asked them to spent on marriage. We spent all for marriage on the account she is the only bread winner in her family. marriage only went for 6 months and her parents also took her when she was exposed. Not living since 3 months. Pls help.
Query perused. Divorce by mutual consent has to be filed in the court havibg competent jurisdiction where the marriage was solemnised or where the parties last resides.
