Mutual divorce but I don't want divorce I want to stay with him he is good but my mother in law sister in law they making both of sperat they both always asking writ a letter you and husband don't have any relationship giveing tracher like that so what should I do sir

okay I understand your questions so your husband sent legal notice to give mutual divorce right but you want your husband first you will give replay notice to your husband about what your openion like that you send notice to him if you want your husband you will fil e a RCR case if he filed Divorce case so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Madam, On the basis of such letter file Domestic Violence case and Dowry case against those two people and not against your husband. In the meanwhile you can file petition for Restitution for Conjugal Rights and thus you can bring pressure on your husband and his family members.
