Aap hindu marriage act ke under ye shadi nahi kr sakti hai kyuki wo aapke cousin brother lagte hai or ye sapinda relation wali shadi mani jayegi jo ki void hai but aap bina marriage register kiye livin me rah skte hai lekin aapko Pati Patni ka status legally kabhi nahi mil skta but aapke agar koi baccha होता hai to usko uska hissa milega adhik jankari ke liye sampark kare or bhi sujhav de skta hu

dhara 11 hindu marriage act me Bhai bhen ya koi bhi blood related marriage nahi kar sakta hai. ek hi gotra mein shaadi nahin ho sakti kyunki ismein saman gun dosh paye jaate Hain aur agar ek hi gotra mein shaadi Hoti hai to santanon mein bhi gun dosh a jaate Hain isliye ek hi gotra mein shaadi Hindu hai act ke according bhi nahin valid hoti hai
