Mother married for 25y suffers from financial and emotional abuseabuse

My mother is 15y younger than my father. She was wed off by her father forcefully at the age of 15. My father had exwife and 2 sons already who also left him due to domestic violence. My mother and I (21 F) wants to leave for good. But we are facing a difficulty as my father had borrowed money from my mother which she borrowed from her sister to start her clothing shop to support us (her children). My mother's sister now want her money back. We are afraid my father wont pay back if we leave now

Ur mother can file a domestic violence case seeking maintenance and compensation from her husband .Atleast she will get a handsome amount particularly when the compensation will be given. Maintenance ,educational expenses ,medical expenses can also ne claimed separatlyl. For recovery of money u file a separate case in civil court if u have evidence of the money given.

for the recovery of money lend by your mother's sister, she can file a recovery suit for the same and also you and your mother can seek a maintenance from your father on a monthly basis. also you can file for a partition suit before a competent court to get your rights established in your father's property
