Mother in law threatened for child's custody.

I'm married for 3 years. I have an year old boy but my mom in law said that you may have given birth to your son but he's my property and I'm his custodian and I can remove you anytime and take the child with me. I'm a muslim and my husband stays in Chattisgarh away from me. My inlaws want me to stay with them despite my husband not being here. Also now wants to keep the child with her.

hi you could file domestic violence case against your inlaws for harassement and obtain cimpensation and also file for child custody petition in court and to refrain your inlaws from taking away custody of child

You mother in law can't take Child from you until unless any Order from Court. You have many Laws infavor of you to protect your Rights against them. For any Harassment you can file 498A, DVC Case against them.
