Mother in law filed csr complaint against me

My self Priya. Me and husband separated 6 month ago . I went one week ago to his seperate home . Next house is mother in law stay. She won’t allow to inside . My dress and documents stucked there. I bring all things . After she went police station put complaint against me . For trespass and slapped and took money and gold from there . nPolice called to come police station . Calling again again . If not coming will send summon to my address . ( I was married in 15 age) I am planning divorce case alsonnFirst what Step I took for police station called?
