Mother in law false accusations of making their son with me

ours is arranged marriage since 2011 thru website which my mother in law tried breaking.Ihv own house in joint ownership pune ,agreed to stay in pune till my divorced sis law gets married,would shift after marriage. But since she didn't get her married. In 2015 i said in laws to come to pune and take me to chennai or get their daughter married. But they hv not done that I m still in pune. My sister in law has occupied first floor of my in-laws house and inlaws in ground floor. This yr in 2021 Feb my father in law was hospitalized almost on verge of death as he had a heart attack. When we went to stay in chennai were given 250 sqft house which is backside of 2400 sqft house . And my sister in law and inlaws r occupying 2100 sqft house. Were not allowed to talk to father in law . My mother in law is telling in church that I hv changed my husband's mind have made him stay in pune. Which is false allegation, we want to go back but we are not given access to entire house.I want full acces

Hello, you can file a police complaint to nearest police station regarding wrongful restraint created by your mother in law when you tried to enter in your own house and they are depriving you and your husband from entering into property for which you can also file civil suit for declaration of ownership of property.
