Money Withdrawn from Joint Account.

Dear Sir, Me and My father (My father Aged 87 years old living with my elder sister in chennai) have joint account in Nationalized bank in Delhi. I am living in Delhi. My father was keeping a debit card in his name, through which my elder sister son withdrawn 20 lac approximately through ATM, & Paytm in different locations in chennai, with in 2~3 months. My father is not tech savvy, he could not walk on its own. Since my father is in my elder sister custody he could not able to take against them. Is there is any possibilities to take legal course of action in this regard from my endn.

Dear client don't panic according to your statement your banking account has been used illegally by your family member. you can raise and lodge a police complaint at ur end itself. I am here to help you please contact me thanks and regards

Yes, you and your father can initiate legal action against your elder sister's son as the account is held jointly by both. Initially you and your father can send legal notice to your elder sister's son asking him to return the entire amount. If not returned within the specified time then you can go for further action.
