Money transferred from abroad into the account

My father is working abroad japan along with him is his younger brother while his elder brother is in india so my uncle have sent money into his account india which was given to him by my father there in japan now both my father and his brother is in japan but meanwhile his elder brother have filed a case saying that the money belongs to the one in japan. What course of action will be there in such case please guide.

hello client as i can see your issue is very serious allegation on you people. in this type of case you need to very muchh defancive to dave yourself frim any type of false alligation so you nees to urgently file a case on other paety as well to drfend yourself i stead if sitting quite.
