Money return after divorce which i have given

Me and my family has helped my husband and his brother financially in their business ..ow i am thinking of divorce..so will I get my total amount back?

Yes…the amount that you have invested can be returned back to you but you need to claim it back through court only. You have got many options. You can always file a recovery suit if you have got some evidence of the transaction. Or you can also file for divorce and claim it. For more legal assistance I will be just a call away.

Dear client In case the terms of the loan were written down and signed by both parties you may demand the same back. If not, while contesting/ settling the matrimonial disputes the same amount may be taken as a full and final settlement from your husband and a mutual consent divorce be filed before the family court. If you are thinking of divorce then yeas you can ask this amount back from them at the time deciding the conditions for the divorce vide a memo and not just this you can ask from your husband for your alimony
