Yes that would be perfectly legal. Only thing is you must 18 years or above in age, whereas the boy must must be 21 years or above in age. intercaste marriage or inter religion marriages in India are allowed.

Yes. If both of you belongs to same religion then you can easily get married under that religion rituals. Caste doesn’t matter. If your family members or Soceity members are threatening you and are against the marriage, then you can approach sessions court or high court of your area to seek protection against the threats of family members or the society peoples.
