mere father mujhe aur meri mother ko sukoon se nahi rehne de rahe hai and jab jhagda hota hai toh meri mother pe hath uthate hai agar mein apni mother ke sath separate rahu toh mujhe daar hai jaha mein kaam karta ya jaha mein mother ke sath shift hunga waha mere father aakar hume pareshan na kare mujhe kya karna chahiye please suggest me ??????

Aapko apne papa kii family valo ko bich mein dalna chahiye. har jhagde ki koi vajah hoti hai. Aapki mother ke pass Kai legal options hai aur aapke pass conditional option hai. hum case ke facts jaane Bina aapko uchit salah nahi de sate hai

Your mother can file a domestic violence lawsuit against your father asking the court to give you following things: 1. Seperate residence 2. Maintenance You can also get a restraining order from the court against your father. If you’re a minor, or an unmarried girl you can also get maintenance from your father. You and your mother can also file a complaint against your father in women’s cell/helpline.
