If you can not live there peacefully, you can seek divorce on the basis of extremely marital affairs of your husband, But you have to prove this beyond doubt. Some other ground are also ti looked into

File a case against him under donestic voilence and under section 498a ipc....also ask for maintenance for per month basis....if you are being harrased then file a complainst against him....that would be a great remedy ...
