Mental torture and harassment by my wife

Am working in Canada and I did nt gt my wife along with me to canada and I said no to a child when she asked for it as I dont wnt to have a child with her in this relation..My parents had never accepted her as my wife so they always kept her away from them.Now my wife s trying to torture me everyday by stating that since my parents did not accept her so I abandoned her and said no to child. Does she have a strong case against me or my family.
she does not have a strong case but if she is not having an income and if you are not providing her with maintenance amount she may file petition for maintenance, further as you are residing in cannada, it is hard to prove that you ill-treated her or tortured her, but she can file petition by making false allegations for which you need to defend properly.

You are the Umpire of your family and your decisions have to be obeyed by your wife. To have a child is to planned and your decision seems to perfect since you are in abroad. Your wife cannot claim any right over your parents. They may like or dislike her, it is their individual decision. Her case is very weak. Yes she has strong case against you and your family. You are keeping her away from matrimonial aspects that it amounts to cruality. You better take her in to matrimonial house or otherwise take divorce from her. She has every right to ask about co consummate of marriage, if you not do so, she will constrain to file several case against you. You are required personal consultation. Kindly contact.
