Mental torcher and abuse to husband father

My wife and I was is staying in her mother house in a rented part from past 6 years we had our first child birth 6month back , mean while my mother passed away 3month back and my father was alone so I requested her to come to my parental house and live together, she and my in laws had tortured me heavily and I was looking after there family ( mother-in-law,sister in law , here daughter) with money and all needed support. But after my mother death I wanted to live with my father and came to my father house for that they started mentally torchering me and verbally abused my father what should I do

I understand your questions you have a inlaws problems and your wife rorruring you right so you have to file a RCR case to her come to live with your parental house so donyou need any legsl help contact me thank you

if you don't want than go for divorce or file criminal case against your mother-in-law or issue one legal notice to your wife for come join the matrimonial home or il take legal action as per the law than there is a chance to join with you..and why you stayed in your mother-in-law house
