Mental & Physical violence by father after my mothers death

I m a 22year girl.I had four family members in my house.My elder sister got married last year.One year ago I completed my 4yrs of engineering.My college placement was weak still I cracked two jobs but on that time my mother got sick and my father used to give me advice and dicision not to take the jobs outside of Kolkata.On that time I used to take his suggestions as dicision.I started my first job in Kolkata in fathers office as per his dicision and also side by side started another business.In the mid time my mother passed away in last year & I left my job also.I am financially dependent on him Nd Starting my business to servive also want to higher studies.But My got married this year again and he just don't want to take any of safety or responsibility.Every day he is saying me get out from his house.My elder sister also does not support me .pls suggest me what to do?

you must file a maintenance case against your husband and you can seek the same, you can file a general diary before the local police station even a domestic violence case for mental torture and seek for right to residence. Detailed discussion is necessary

Why your father is so angry on you is not clear from your query?Try to solve the matter mutually which the best way to handle this situation.If the situation does not change then you write a formal complain to the local police station stating your problems.

You did not declare what you want to do. If husband is making any problem or he is harrasing/torturing (both mentally or physically), then you can get relief for the proper Court. If your father is creating problem then that is another one thirdly if the business you can not run properly then that is your personal problem
