Mental harrasment & physical violence by father to unmarried daughter

I'm unmarried daughter 30yrs my father is a retired policeman, he has got 3 daughters and I'm the last one since 10yrs whenever he is upset with his other 2 daughters or any other reason he will physically abuses me by hitting and kicking and uses extreme vulgar language to me. I don't have a basic freedom to go out or to meet friends yesterday I went out to my friends house in the evening for that reason he used vulgar language and hit me badly and injured my neck and back .Can I file complt

Even if he is a retired police men it is advisable that either you file a police complaint or you can file a domestic violence act petition directly in court to see that your freedom is not compromised because of fear of your father, so either approach the police station where you reside or directly file a domestic violence case in court through advocate and get the protection, ad you are major you can take your own decisions of where you want to reside and. how you want to live. The court can also grant protection orders which are more eblorately mentioned in domestic violence act.

Dear Madam, I can understand the physical tortures being given by your father who is a Retired Policeman. You may stay away from your father by taking a Court order like permanent injunction against him and/or lodging a complaint with higher police officers so that your privacy is protected by all means.
