Mental harrasment by father .can we file an FIR and move him out

If your father mentally torture you and hurt you physically and you feel unsafe living with him .Can you file the FIR and get him moved out of the house.

hello mam mamda and sir apke father in law's aise kr rhe hai ya khud ke papa ke papa aise kr rha hu unke khilaf fir honskta hai sbse phle aap kaha se jaye batye aap office aaye sb kuch ho jayaga don't warry

yes if there is any physical torture by the father you can file a complaint are you can large an FIR against the unusual behaviour like physical assault rate are any other which comes a crime under the IPC but it's very tough to give it your father from the house if the house is in the name of father
