Mental harassment from my inlaws but my husband is innocent

My In-Laws especially 2 elder brothers of my husband abused me on phone.. they mentally harass me n ask my husband to torture me but my husband is innocent.. nw wat to do in such cases?? As i dnt understand legal matters much
You can either file domestic violence case against them or lodge FIR on grounds of outraging which will be more effective and as you husband you state is innocent then he should object to the same and should not listen to their whims and fancies

Dear Sister, I don't think that this is right time for you to take legal recourse. As the biggest support i with you, till that you should not care about anyone on what he/she is saying. But for the sake you can send your in-laws a legal notice that their disorderly conduct has created disturbance in your home and has affected you, anymore continuance will invite legal action against them. And please stop talking with them if possible for the time being!!
