my brother wife give mental harasment to my family and already stay with my father home. i have discussed with her for leave to another location but she not going to move and staying my father home and give me mental harasment to my family. .So plz share the best to releaif my family for this... my brother already staying another rent room but she is not agree to live with brother..Daily give mental tourcher to my family... plz suggest for best process

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to consult a lawyer having expertise. Your parents can file a complaint under domestic violence act against the daughter in law. Further a complaint under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 can be filed.

In this case, there has been going on matrimonial dispute between your brother and his wife which affects the entire family of yours. Your brother should file a petition in the court to bring his wife along at his rented home and he will succeed and at the same time the owner of the property suppose your mother can file a suit under welfare of senior citizens Act to expel her from the home of your parents.

mam in such a case you have to file a suit for permanent as well as temporary injunction in which year relief will be shot for getting your not getting your brothers wife out of your house so that after the court decree she cannot live in your house as well as she have to leave your house so that no forthrr torture could be done
