Mental cruelty by father despite having severe O.C.D.

Hi, I am a person suffering from OCD. Obsessive Compulsive disorder. I have witnessed severe domestic violence, once my father threatened to set our house in fire and on several occasions verbally abused my mother. After this incident my OCD symptoms increased and became intolerable. My father doesnot let me take admission in any college out of station or do a job (whenever I speak about doing a job he gets violent and intimidates me and pressurises me. After those episodes I feel further broken down and even scared to think or do anything. I frequently have suicidal thoughts and ideas. My father feels if I become financially independent I may tell someone or he may somehow land in trouble. I find no hope and always anxious and scared. Kindlyĺmknow if there is any way out of this situation. Thank you.

yes there is a way out for which both you and your mother have to jointly take action and upon which it can be rectified before filing any case whatsoever but it needs to be properly planned so that your father gets a lesson and you and yor mother get justice

You can lodge online complaint against your father before the Human Rights Commission of your State specifying therein how your father is torturing you for so many years along with supportive audio and video clips, if any, as well as with the medical reports of having OCD.
