Mental and Physical harassment from husband and his mother

24-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi I was married on Nov 12 2018,within a couple of days i realized that my husband was not interested in marriage & he lied about his age & family things with me&my parents. He never wanted to consummate the marriage& he, his widowed mother&unmarried elder brother all started to abuse me mentally and physically.I moved to my parents house on june 2019, he denied to take me back& even when i went to there house,it was closed for entire day and blocked all my contacts, other numbers left unanswered.Later i have appealed mediation center,Bangalore but he and his mother failed a fake complaint stating that i harassed them physically. Now case is still in mediation center i have appealed to stay separate with my husband but he denied and now due to covid-19 as the center is closed im facing all difficulty to get in touch with him,it gonna be1 year i stays with my parents,Can I still file complaint for the harassment and they already took anticipatory bail too please guide me on this. Thanku

Dear Madam,
Normally Domestic violence case has to be filed within 12 months of separation. Now you again enter into his house and create a scene so that police come and give protection to you. Thus you can have new cause of action for filinf DV case and Maintenance case. All laws are in favor of married women. Please call me for more guidance. Please give me Rank 5 if you are satisfied with my answer.

hi
you are in the morning walks of married life .In case if ur husband and in laws harass u then u could have filed a complaint at those time .as u r living with ur parents ,u can file a Complaint before a jurisdiction police .But as the scope is very less as it doesn't stand due to delay in filing the case .but in case if u want to live with your husband then file a restitution of conjugal rights.
Rate us if u r convinced.
