Mediation not settled in RCR and what should be my next step

Then I filed a RCR and in the mediation session my husband told that he wants this relationship but I have to stay with his parents in the village then my lawyer convinced and then I decided to stay with inlaws but separately in the 1st floor and then his mother is not ready to take me back in that house ti live separately and she is telling they will treat me in the same way and they are not allowing me to stay with my husband and lead a peaceful life. What should be my next step
Dear Madam,
You must withdraw RCR and file Domestic Violence case and 498A case so that they will learn a lesson by making rounds to the Courts. By taking interim order in DV case you can take restraint order against your parents-in-law and husband not to commit any domestic violence against you.
