Me & My Husband Working in Same Organisation & in Same Dept. His Net Salary is Rs.60,000/- Per Month & My is Rs.35,000/- Per Month. He wants Mutual Divorce from me. Am i eligible for maintenance from him.

if you are working women then not entitled to get maintenance. however court can decide whether you are although eligible for maintenance depend upon circumstances. but if you have any children those are living with you can get maintanence. for all this you can contact with me immediately.
