Matrimonial Issue case in in Mediation

Hi Sir, nnMy case is in mediation stage. I want to take her back but don't have confidence that after come back She will not repeat same thing again. Kindly suggest how to proceed further so that family can be on safe side.

Please know that you are entitled to mantainance. Yes you can claim maintenance without giving divorce. But based on your nature of job and financial status and other circumstances you are entitled to claim maintenance for your children. But we need to know the full facts of your marital cases and other pending litigation between you and your husband.

you have an option before complete mediation you can live with for 6 month and pray for the court for give 6 month time if your family is on right way then you can disposed your case if any live together not possible then you can proceed your case

Matter in which district and mediation stage take several time of proceeding you give proper statements and mediation office maintain reports and if you not satisfy you request them return back case to court then mediation officer maintains report and send court this is process more details contact my number
