Matrimonial dispute after compromise

सर धारा 498A में मेडिएशन सेन्टर में कोम्प्रोमाईज़ हुआ था साथ-साथ रहने का, FR लग गई है और पत्नी मेरे साथ किराये के मकान में साथ साथ रहने भी लगी लेकिन 125 crpc ( इंटेरिम आर्डर 2500-) व DV Act के केसेस अभी भी चल रहे है , आये दिन पत्नी मेरी कंप्लेन और साजिस करती रहती है। सर ऐसे हालात में मुझे क्या करना चाहिए ।

You should challange the proceedings of 125 cr.p.c.as well as of domestic violence Act before High Court annexing the compromise of mediation centre and pray for quashing. When matter has been settled then there is no justification for keep open the other proceedings.
