1. My husband said that i am not his responsibility 2. He wants money from me. 3. He said that, i take my luggage from his house. This house is his only not me. 4. My mother in law said that if i give money then i can live their home. 4.My father in- law said that he will do second marriage of my husband. 5. Please tell me what should do.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about several things which amounts to cruelty done by your husband and your in laws, therefore if you want to take action against your husband and in laws then you need to send first legal notice to them and latter can file case against them

firstly you are your husband's legal responsibility he can't refuse it secondary you can file 498a agents your husband and his relatives for mony demand thirdly you can do as he say but after living your husband house go to local police station and file complaint that your husband and his relatives force you to live and said bring mony then only you can come and tack the complaint copy and got yo your parents home and file dv complaint in court and also 125 and also 498 a

You can file case under sec. 498A ipc at nearest police station. Also you can file case under protection of woman from domestic violence in court for protection and also for maintenance. And if you don’t want to stay with you husband and wish to divorce you can file case for divorce.

Hi In this case you can claim remedy under domestic violence act for residential rights, protection from domestic violence, interim maintenance, compensation for harassment etc. You may also proceed to family court for divorce or restitution of marriage
