His salary is thrice as mine. yet he leaves no stone to deprive us from finances wherever possible. Since last 3 yrs troubling kids, beating, humiliating, defaming son as well as defaming, abusing me. Tried every possible way to reconcile. but had to file an FIR against him last week. Since then again at mother's place. Which case to file? DV +Divorce or only DV

Well, if he committed Physical Violence with you, then, you can file a DV Case against him, that is to give him a lesson, so that, he should come on the right track. But, if you think, the relationship between the two of you is over, then, file for a Divorce and until you get Divorce, stay separately from him.

Filing of DV case will give you the option of claiming different reliefs against your husband from court . If you want to get the divorce as well apart from the reliefs which you want to claim in DV then file for Divorce in the court having jurisdiction.
