Me n my lover are in relationship since 5 years We both are majors ..Suddenly Her parents are looking for matches ..so we had no option We both married and Stayed in independant house fa a week .we had no time to register marriage. We were tracked and saperated by her father and threatened me. He took away her with help of his influence. She daily calling me secretly n crying to take back her.I want my wife back please help me

in your case first you file a criminal case against your father in law in the concern police station for kidnap and abduction of your wife if police has not taken any action against your fil then you file a private complaint in the magistrate court in the area in which both of you last stayed together.

once marriage performed legally the marriage is legal and you said that you both married is their any proof, if you want to marry her you have to marry her after her divorce. if you both want to marry, divorce compulsory.
