30-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
Hii sir, I'm married with my mama,I'm not ask to my family& I'm not living with him, but now i want to leave with him, so please guide me what I do.
As per Hindu Marriage act you should be take divorce by way of registered divorce deed before notarized or registered with the registrar without any dispute or mutual consent. second option is file divorce petition before the family court. Family Court may pass an order to decree on completion of six months
Firstly you should have special marriage permission. Take it on and register to court marriage. If you are belonging to Hindus costume. If you have any kind of afraid and thraitain by someone then you will approach to court for police protection.
legally if you are major you can live with him. but socially you should think over your decision as it may put you and your family in a embrassing situation as such kind of relations are never ever accepted in Hindu culture. It is therefore better that you and your Mama should think twice before proceeding further with your relationship
Dear
Without asking your family you have taken decision which is contrary to law. Now you wish to leave with your family then ask the family members parents and others for seeking permission to reside with them.
Thanks
