Married for 10 years. he turned alcoholic..toxic and abusive and less..ruined his health and life and my life too..Finally i left him but not applied for divorce.. the property he kept on his parent's name..but all 10 years of my life and career gone..How can I claim my rights..Please advise. and no open comes forward from his family to talk or settle on our situation.

as per your query it is possible to get reliefs I. e., by filing domestic violence case you can claim damages and compensation and also you can claim maintenance too and other reliefs... for more details contact me.

hi you could file for maintenance case against him for not looking after you and also domestic violence case for compensation and amount and if you want to file for divorce then you could apply for it
