Marriage to a Foreigner in India

Hi, I am an Indian from Mumbai and currently in Dubai. I am engaged to a Filipino who is divorced in the UAE to his filipino ex-husband. I would like to ask how can i proceed to legally marry her? I just want a simple marriage that can be done by a lawyer in India. Is that possible? And what would be the requirements from her side? Thank you.
First of all you are Indian and you are having Indian documents in India like Adhar Card, Light Bill, Ration Card from her side her previous decree of divorce and her address proof. You both can marry as per The Special Marriage Act.

Well your Marriage is possible. But you want to settle here after getting Married and want to procure Indian Citizenship you have to come to India. You have to fulfill certain formalities before the Registrar of Marriage & your Marriage will be done.
