Can I register my marriage in Thane (Maharashtra) if my marriage is happening outside Maharashtra (Kerala)?
Marriage can be registered at two places either at the place of wife resident or at the place of husband's residence. if either of the couples are having permanent address at Thane the marriage can be registered at Thane. Documents required for marriage registration are adhar card, school leaving certificate, marriage photographs, invitation card signature of the priest and aadhar card of three witnesses and their signature.

No, you cannot register your Marriage in Maharashtra, if your Marriage is going to take place in Kerala. You have to get your Marriage registered before the concerned Registrar of Marriages, Kerala, if your Marriage is going to happen in Kerala.

If one of you has a Aadhar card or resident of thane then yes you can register the Marriage in thane
Your Aadhar card and and identity proofs need to be from thane to do so
Your spouse can be from other state or place of marriage can be other state
