marriage registration ,i want to knw about registation cancelling ,, i

twalak is done in mosques regarding in mutual undrestanding so i want to know that how many days will take to cancel registration ( muslim religion ),, ,,,already we are divorced by mosque ,but i want to know that for canceling registration ,soon will cancel or late ( cancel registration ) ,,,,,,,,,,legally how many days take for cancel regestration . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

it may take one month to cancel the same and also it depends on marriage date than only i can say that exact date than I can say that when you wil get the divorce further information cal me about divorce

Dear Sir, Normally, registration of marriage would not be cancelled and there is no such procedure in the Sub-Registrar office. You have to get mutual divorce from the Court which indicates the Registration with the Sub-Registrar automatically deemed cancelled. But, Twalak given in the mosque may not be a legal document.
