Can a Muslim girl and hindu boy's marriage get registered under Hindu Marriage Act? If Yes what's the procedure.If No what else can be done?

You can't register your marriage under Hindu marriage act but you have an another option of special marriage act. While obtaining the community certificate for your future children you can get the same either for Muslim or Hindu.

hi , muslim girl and Hindu boy get marriage register under Hindu marriage act not possible . both are Hindu only following Hindu marriage act. any one Hindu and Muslim are following special marriage act. so your marriage is registered only special marriage act. the special marriage act is two steps 1. waiting 30 day notice period after completing 30 day your marriage registered befor registrar . only advantage is no conversation our religious both .
