Marriage Registration after engagement.

After engagement me and my partner done marriage registration from mutual consent.Now she file case against me for nullifying marriage registration.Can marriage certificate will be cancelled without divorce.I told her we can take divorce mutual consent but she did not agree.

Dear if you and your partner done marriage registration from mutual consent and now both of you want to cancelled your merriage . then the merriage don't cancel with the cancellation of registration of merriage A merriage only canceled by the court order otherwise no. Because if you cancel the registration of merriage then its only the cancellation of registration not the merriage.

Firstly matter in which district ? and kindly tell me religion of parties whether at the time marriage registration Whats kind of marriage proof has been submitted whether on tha registration of marriage only engagement proof is given or any other date of marriage proof more details kindly contact me
