Since marriage I am spending on all expenses related to me, household groceries except rent which he is paying. He threatens me if I won't transfer money he will give me divorce. you need to challenge the divorce petition...it is better to file 498A with dowry and DV cases against him as he is torturing you for Money and threatening you that he will go for divorce..these filings will be helpful to you and also in challenging the divorce if he goes for divorce

Dear Madam You need not care them. You can initiate action against then for forcing you to give salary. Please collect evidence on SMS AND WATTSAPP. There aftet you can threaten to file 498A case and dowry case. Please call me or meet me.

Madam firstly as per your narrative he is at fault as such he will not be entitled to divorce. If he sends notice reply to it. If you are staying seperately ask him to join matrimonial home for that send a notice if he doesnt reply file petition for restituion of conjugal rights
