Marriage done at arya samaj mandir is valid or not

.i want to know that if i will go to aarya samaj mandir for getting marry with my boyfriend so after that it will be valid or not government n law will approve it or not i m very worried for this pls suggest me

Allahabad high court already declared arya samaj mandir shaadi invalid, only persons who believed in araya samaj religion is allowed to get married in arya samaj mandir.now days you can done your marriage in arya samaj mandir but you have to register your marriage before the registrar.

It will be a valid marriage if it is done as per proper custom of arya marriage act. No party should be muslim or Christian at the time of marriage. And fulfille certain other condition then it will be a valid marriage.

Hi as per the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court any marriage performed by religious rites need to be registered with registrar of marriage in any case if you getting married at Aarya samaj mandir also get your marriage registered with Registrars office it would be valid in the eyes of law.

Arya Samaj marriage is legally valid one and is admissible in the court of law. These marriages conducted by the Arya Samaj, are valid under the Hindu Marriage Act(1955) and Arya Samaj Marriage Validation Act(1937). A valid marriage certificate is also provided after successful completion of whole marriage ceremony that may be registered in Indian Courts for further social security
