My husband has filed police complaint against me. A false complaint.
I have filed RTI online at Delhi Police department u/S 7(1) which explicitly states that information to be given within 48 hours. However still I have not got copy of NC.
How to get that NC copy asap ? As I apprehend he might have indulged me into false complaint

you can go for an appeal against non reply of RTI application of yours. besides this you have many other option as you also can complain against your husband to CAW cell of Delhi Police or hou can also approach courts seeking appropriate remedy against I'll treatment of you by your husband

In your case you send reminder to the Information officer of the police department of your area concern for early sending the copy of complaint/FIR.
In case your addressed address is not rightly written on the covering envelop it is the duty of the receiving officer of wrong department to send it to the right Information officer desk.
you please wait for some time for responce. or personally go to the PS concerned ti inquire about reaching of your RTI request for getting the copy of FIR. However if there is an inordinate delay you can send reminder to the Regional and State concerned Information Officer fir taking appropriate action in providing you requested copy of document and ask explanation for delay by thd subordinate officer.
