Marriage certificate required for my marriage in 2015.

This is my husband's 2nd marriage as his 1st wife not giving him divorce and dont want to live with him. We were married in 2015 and living together. But I dont have court cert. How should I get it?
Matrimonial laws are different according to the different religion, if you are a Hindu then u cannot marry until your first marriage is annulled by the court whereas a Muslim husband can marry multiple times (4 times max).

Sorry to say if you belongs to any community except Muslim then in such circumstances your marriage is not valid and you both will not get marriage Certificate unless your husband gets divorce from her first wife.
