Marriage Certificate calcification

For both spouse NRI ,Does Denmark marriage certificate with apostille by Denmark ministry of foreign affairs which is part of Haye conversion is valid proof of marriage in India? Does marriage registration require again in karnataka ?

it depends on for what purpose you are using it and again registration in India is not required. usually marriage certificate is valid every where where ever it's been registered let me know if I can help you any further
