Marriage Advice for a relationship

After being separated for 4+ years, I have filed for divorce and I am in a relationship with a lady from past 1 yearMy first hearing is yet to happen but I am looking to settle in a marital knot, or looking forward to have a family with herConsidering the legal angles is there a way out we can think about it even before my case gets wrapped up as till now I have no idea how the other party will react/respond and by when we can take it to mutual settlement.

Dear sir unfortunately, until you get the divorce from the court, you can't marry the girl you want to. The best way to get the divorce faster is to take it to the mediation and settle your disputes mutually with your wife and go for the mutual divorce. Once, the settlement deed is executed between you and your wife where she agrees to give you divorce, she can't back out from it as per the latest judgement of Rajat Gupta v. Rupali Gupta. hello client as i can see your issues are very much critical in nature as you have discusses above . as you said you want to settle down with you lover with whom you are in relationship but as your case is allready subjudis in court so tjings need to done in a manner tht it should not be affecting you in any adverese manner which lead you adversly

It’s advisable for you to go for mutual divorce and also file a preponement application along with the petition to finish all these within a month. And if any problem arises then you can always draft a agreement and take the plea that you are just in a live in relationship with that lady. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You shouldn’t have file the case without talking to your wife, people feel offended in this way. First you should have spoken to her directly for mutual divorce, thenceforth if she would have denied after putting efforts ..only then was the time to file divorce with proper home work. anyways all the best
