sir, our maintenance and section 9 is going on in court. i am working in govt office and they have told me to submit marraige certificate. after 6 year of marraige we dont have marraige certificate as wife is not ready to sign in the documents. what should i do, is there any alternate option to marraige certificate which i can submit on office.
In this case you need to apply marriage certificate at Your nearest Municipal corporation office
Or there is another’s way get marriage certificate under SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT FORM NO 16
