Marital issues. Husband denies his duties

I'm a working woman, have son. My husband has never taken care of any of the expenses than once in blue spending for my son or me. He is very secretive and wants me not to ask him any questions, now he has started asking for divorce which I don't want to. What are my rights in this case.
