Marital dispute with mother in law and husband

Recently married but husband doesn't keep any contact it is about 4 months.Husband has erectile dysfunction.Mother in law created a huge problem over jewellery received during marriage.please suggest what to do.In.laws want me to contribute tovfamily spending and I should give the money to my mother in.laws.
Can I do IVF or apply for adoption on grounds on applied for divorce.
