Can a major daughter who doesn't want to be married be evicted from house ?

Dear Sir, Yes, if she is earning her own livelihood and if she is residing in your self acquired property then you may get issue a legal notice asking her to quit and vacate your house. If she protects you may go to the Civil Court and file a suit for permanent injunction restraining her from entering your property.

No she can’t, it’s her matter of right to remain un married or marry of her own choice. This is not a ground to evict anyone. You may say you won’t take responsibility of taking care of her, but it being her house (assuming it’s her fathers self acquired property) she can’t be evicted, unless there are other reasons to.
