Maintenance to wife and child & Return of her Car by HUSBAND

DELHI Dist. Court ordered INTERIM MAINTENACE ( DV ACT) FOR SON AND WIFE & Return of CAR. BUT husband did not pay the said amount. NOW what are the options available for UNEMPLOYED WIFE & 3 YEARS SON for their livelihood as now they depend on her Retired father? Can husband DISOBEY the ORDERS of Court?
How much interim maintenance has been awarded? Since how long has the husband disobeying court order? Husband cannot disobey the orders of the court. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

No He can't. You file an execution for the execution of interim order and if he does not comply with the same than a separate FIR shall be registered against him. You can also seek attachment of the salary besides issuing NBW against him.

no the husband can not disobey the order of the hon'ble court. If the hon'ble court has ordered to pay interim maintenance then the husband will have to fulfill his obligation still if he has not been obeying the order of the hon'ble court then you can move court with a petition for claiming all dues
